I'm really glad I found this Substack. I see so many posts that are relevant to my business. This one dealt with a lot of issues I've been facing as my own platform/marketplace grows. The products sold on my marketplace (registered trademarks) are findable in a public government database, so I can't hide the sellers' personal details from the buyers. I have to rely on the security and verification features of my marketplace as well as the streamlining of normally-onerous legal processes.
